Return Policy

1. Notes

·You may return your merchandise for any reason within 15 days after receiving your merchandise for Full Refund or Exhchange Only

·ALL SHIPPING COST IS NON_REFUNDABLE

·All iterms returned must be unworn, unused and in their original confition with the tages.

·Baizus Co., Ltd. is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or     carrier by Shipping company.

2. If you do need to return the merchandise

·Make sure to write down the right order number, quantity and reason of the return items, the information of the exchanged items you need, means of refunding, etc.

·A return/exchange might not be processed arising from the lack of necessary information (such as name, address, means of contact, e-mail address, order number, reason of merchandise returning/exchanging, etc.).

3. Please enclose the merchandise, original package, sales order, sales invoice (if available), and send back to Baizus by express/post for refunding or exchanging, and keep the receipt.

·No sales receipt or sales invoice with the returned items, it will arise failing to process a return/exchange.

·We take no responsibility for any loss, damage or wrong-delivery by means of no-consulting posting.

4. Baizus will check the returned parcel in detail as soon as we receive it, if passed, we will refund the money or exchange items for you as you wish

5. Means of refund

. You may choose one of the following means of refund.

  ·Transfer to your bank account directly (Information such as name, card number, bank is  necessary)

  ·Remit you the money by post (Information such as postal address, postal code, name of reciever is necessary)

  ·Save the money into your Baizus account directly, you could use it next shopping

Refund will be processed immediately when we receive & check the returned merchandise.

   ·No matter bank transferring or postal remittance, it will take some time to reach you, please be a little patient.

6. Express freight on the returned items

  ·If customer himself wants to return the item that has no objective faults or exchange the equal prize or over-prize item, he pays the postage.
